"House and location was close to the beach. Rode the golf cart to the beach daily. Also, rode the golf cart to ice cream shops and restaurants close by. Pool was perfect, if we weren't at the beach then we were in the huge beautiful pool or laying out by the pool. Saw some dolphins from the pier. Inside the house was beautiful as well. Sleeping arrangements were perfect with 3 king beds and 4 bunk beds. Can't say enough positive things about the house and this location. Oh and also Kolb playground and a library across from the playground only about 5 streets over, which was only a few minutes on the golf cart. All hosts were responsive with answers to questions and quick to respond to a text back. Thanks so much for our stay."

"This house is absolutely stunning. We were there for a 40th birthday. 9 ladies. Perfect location and fit us all very comfortably (enough bathrooms!) Golf cart was a great feature to be able to get to local spots. Pool was the highlight for us. The living space was the central spot where we could all hang out too if it was too hot and we needed a break from the outdoor space. We took advantage of the floats in the pool too. Laundry was key too - we were able to wash towels to reuse. Place is very clean and kept up. The night time is great - with lighting and a calm neighborhood to relax and hang with friends. I would also note that the host was easy to contact for anything we had questions about. When we were checking out, someone came by to check in with us and ask if there was anything that needed fixing. We would stay here again - highly recommended!"

"Had a fantastic stay in Indian Rocks Beach with 7 girlfriends for a more chill, relaxed bachelorette and would absolutely come back. Trip of a lifetime. Top 3 elements were the location along the inter-coastal, the pool, and the golf cart. Every morning a ton of wildlife greeted us - herons, anhingas, you name it. The golf cart took us around to the beach and beach bars no problem, and we stayed in the pool for an entire day of our trip. House had everything we needed and we loved the Nespresso. Tom and his team were so responsive and helped us accommodate an early bag-drop too, as many of us were arriving at different times which I so appreciated."

"Amazing stay at this beautiful house. The house is spotless, and you can tell there's been a lot of thought into the little touches. Beds are MEGA comfy! Pool is brilliant with plenty of places to sit outside. I enjoyed using the canoes and going out to see the dolphins. A truly fantastic property."

"Just perfect! We had a wonderful stay, the house is right on the water, with a usable dock and beautiful pool. We caught bonito and sea trout right off the dock, plus dolphins swimming by the house day and night. We even had a visit from a friendly manatee! The house comes with a golf cart, is fully equipped for the beach - chairs, umbrellas and a cooler, plus within a short walk to the beach and several restaurants. The decor is lovely and the house is spotless. The kitchen is well-organized and well provisioned."

"We had a lovely time at Magnolia by the Sea. The location was ideal for walking or driving the golf cart to the beach and restaurants. The outdoor space and pool were amazing! For a family of 5 adults and 2 kids, we had a great amount of space and privacy in the house."

"If I could give this place 6000 stars I would. It's beautiful and the hosts were more than gracious and incredibly responsive. We had young children with us and they loved the bunk beds and books made them feel right at home. There were even additional amenities for the kids that weren't listed like a high chair. Don't hesitate to book, the neighborhood is beautiful safe and full of things to do."

"We loved our time at this property. Beautiful and quiet location with amazing pool and views. We fished off the dock (had best luck with live shrimp from bait shop) and kayaked alongside dolphins. Didn't cook much here but had everything you might need. Very comfortable beds. Golf cart was perfect for getting around town. Would definitely recommend."

"We had a wonderful stay at Magnolia! The home was beautiful, peaceful, and in a great location! The pool was a huge hit with the kids and all of the pool toys! The kayaks and paddle boards were great on the water and we had dolphins within a couple of feet of us on the water, daily visitor from a bird friend we lovingly dubbed "Bill". We loved having the golf cart and beach toys! This was the most beautiful stay we have had on Airbnb, and we have stayed within a lot of homes. We also loved the personalization from the owners, so easy to communicate with, and made our stay a breeze! Thank you for such a wonderful place for our family for our celebration!"

"What a treat it was staying at Tom's beautiful home. We were there for a week with our 2 year old and 10 month old and absolutely were in love. We swam in the pool everyday and enjoyed all the gorgeous home had to offer, taking advantage of the golf cart to drive to local playgrounds and take the kids out for ice cream. Everything was perfect and Tom was immediately responsive to any and all questions we had. Highly recommend!"

"They thought of everything! The house is perfect. Perfect location, beautiful floor to ceiling glass out to the backyard/pool/intercostal. Only thing is you need to watch your step - lots of different steps and elevations around the house, but once you are aware of the layout, it's fine."

"We had an amazing week in IRB at this property. The outdoor area was gorgeous and far exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed the pool and the kayaks/paddle board and love to eat dinner outside on the deck overlooking the ocean. The house was clean and the layout worked perfectly for our family of 6. The hosts were very responsive to questions and provided some great recommendations. We would highly recommend this property."

"Where to even begin! From the moment we stepped foot into the house, we were speechless. The property is absolutely beautiful and had everything you could ever want (and then some!). From the thoughtful welcome basket with goodies to have an easy evening and first morning, to the pristine condition of the house and the spectacular pool overlooking the water. We enjoyed lounging poolside, canoeing and paddle boarding, golf carting around to local restaurants and cafes and spending time on the beach just down the road. It was also very easy to grab an Uber over to Clearwater. Tom was very proactive in his communication and helpful with just the few questions that we had. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be returning!"

"I've stayed at a lot of Airbnbs over the years and honestly, this might be in the top 3 for overall experience. Not only was the house stunning and exactly as described/shown in the photos, but Tom was an impeccable host! Quick to reply, very accommodating and was just overall a joy to deal with. He let us check in early and check out late, refusing to take additional compensation from us for the extra time. Need I say more?! Highly recommend this beautiful home! "Don't usually do the reviews, I leave that to my wife, but I wanted to do this one. This is a fantastic place. We were a group of 6 adults and two 3 year olds and this had something for all of us. The house is beautiful and in a great location. We were kept informed prior to arrival on what had happened during both hurricanes and the info we were given was honest and accurate. We could not find any fault with the property. Watching the sunset from the 'captain's' deck on the top of the building each evening was a family favourite. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, it's a great place to stay."

"Our family of 9 spent a wonderful week at Magnolia By the Sea! There is plenty of space in this house and you only need to bring your clothes and personal toiletries since everything else is already there! The welcome basket and flowers were such a sweet gift and we appreciated being able to have a quick supper as we settled in. The kitchen is amazing! The drawers and cabinets are labeled to make it easy to find what you need and then return it to its proper place. The amenities are many, but the ones our family enjoyed the most were the pool and pool toys, kayaks, watching the dolphins, and most of all, the children loved being able to fish from the dock. Last, but not least, communication with the hosts was excellent, including the digital guidebook they provided with all the information we would need. We only had one issue with the internet, but any questions we asked were answered promptly. It is a lovely home and setting, and we thoroughly enjoyed our week there!"

"The house is immaculately clean and matched the description completely. Amazing view and close to everything. Our family had a great time and plan on coming back. The hosts are very easy to reach and responsive. The heated pool is impressive and the pool guy comes every day to check the pools cleanliness. A lot of things to do around the area. Watching the sunrise from your own balcony is out of this world and in the afternoon you can also watch the amazing sunset in the roof top. This house has everything that you can think of. Very well thought of all the decorations. The golf cart was a very nice convenience, it made going to the beach and surrounding restaurants more easily accessible. This house is 10 out of 10.
